End of Year Exams

Assalaamu 'Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu,

We pray that this letter finds you in the best of health and Imaan.

As we approach the end of the academic year, we would like to inform you that the end of year exams will be taking place from Monday 25th November to Monday 2nd December.

During this period, students will be assessed on the knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout the year. We encourage all parents to support their children by:

• Ensuring they get adequate rest and sleep
• Providing a quiet study environment at home
• Encouraging regular revision of class notes and materials
• Maintaining a positive and supportive attitude

Please ensure your child arrives on time each day and brings all necessary stationery. If your child is unwell during the exam period, please inform the school immediately so alternative arrangements can be made.

Results will be shared with parents during the parent-teacher meetings scheduled for mid-December. Further details will be communicated closer to the time.

We make du'a that Allah Ta'ala grants all our students success in their exams and throughout their educational journey.
